Whitepaper: Save Governor Dick Park, A community treasure if we can keep it A natural treasure exists within Lebanon County—The Clarence Schock Memorial Park at Governor Dick. The Lebanon County Commissioners, as trustees, are entrusted to preserve it for future generations. However, current park management is failing. This document is an attempt by the Friends of Governor Dick to bring park management shortcomings to the attention of the commissioners so that they can make the necessary adjustments to fulfill this important responsibility.
